Powerful, beautiful, and very well-made. I love the visual style, it's something I haven't seen before, and it's really effective for the story.
You seem to have realized this, which is good, but the only complaint I can have is lack of backstory - it took me a minute before I even noticed there were two different people in the story, they look pretty similar. Once I got it, it was good. Keep making videos, you've got the talent :)
Really good! The pleasant animation style makes up for the predictable punchline, but all in all it's funny :) If you make a sequel, Gunman needs a nemesis! Kevlar Kid? The Metal Maestro? I wanna see it!

The style of this animation reflected the message perfectly. The blue colors, the shaky lines, everything. I connect deeply with this because I lost my adorable cat one day. I never found his body, dead or alive, but I've moved since I lost him so I know I'll never see him again. I cry every time I think about it, and finally I have a warm light adorning my faint memory of my cat Mica, thanks to this animation.

I like it. I have a few tips, to counter "patrickliberty" below me...
Some change in color throughout would be good, for instance when you change from horizontal text to vertical, it's a bit hard to follow. Changing the letter within the horizontal word that begins the vertical one would help the eye to follow it.
I like the font change in the middle, where there are others speaking, but I think changing the font mid-sentence to match the words or their meanings would work really well. For instance, flaming text when he says "fire"?
If possible, some sort of background other than white would be nice. Maybe clips from the movie if you can? (I'm not sure if thats even legal... but maybe find out?)
But yeah, really nice typography! Good job!

hahaha anyway, all of your suggestions are things I did consider when making this piece, but I didn't want to risk making it too complicated. They are all good ideas, I just didn't know if I'd be able to implement them successfully.
As for movie clips, it's already probably illegal using the song, lets not push it! haha
